Request for issuance of Tax Declaration
(a) For transfer of ownership
Computer requires current Real Property Tax payment before transfer of property is made.
(b) For assessment of new or undeclared building
Property is subject to inspection by appraiser.
(c) For assessment of new undeclared land
Property is subject to inspection and verification by other government agencies.
Steps and Procedures
For item (a)
- Submit application with the documentary requirements to the Assessor's Transfer Section.
- Issuance of the owner's copy of Tax Declaration.
- Present the owner's copy to the Land Tax Section for corresponding payments.
For items (b) and (c)
1. Submit application with the documentary requirements to the Assessor's Transfer Section.
2. Issuance of the owner's copy of Tax Declaration.
3. Present the owner's copy to the Land Tax Section for corresponding payments.

Discounts and Penalties
