The City Engineering Office (CEO) handles the city’s infrastructure projects to ensure its flood-free and hassle-free roadways. Further, the CEO is responsible for approval of all construction works undertaken by public and private entities in the city.

  REQUIREMENTS

  1. Request letter
     
  2. Technical Description
     
  3. Approved Lot Plan
     
  4. Transfer Certificate of Title
     
  5. Payment of Fee
     
  6. Allow 15 days processing time
     

  PROCEDURE

  1. Submit requirements at the CEO
     
  2. Pay assessed fee at the Land Survey Section of the Engineering Office
     
  3. The land survey will be administered after 15 days
     
     
• BUILDING PERMIT
  
  No person, firm or corporation, agency or instrumentality of the government shall erect, construct, alter, repair, move, convert or demolish any building or structure. (Chapter 3, Section 310 of PD 1096 or National Building Code)
