The Management Information System and Call Center – MISCC office of the City Government of Marikina is the office responsible for the overall technology solutions requirement of all the City Government offices.

• Growing from strength to strength, MISCC – Office is dedicated to creating and maintaining high quality, efficient and stable technology solutions to further enhance the quality of services that the City Government of Marikina offers.

• To be the leader in IT innovation, moving forward to effective e-governance.

Tasks

• Administer the computerization of offices in the City Government

• Determine, design and develop System Applications applicable for city offices

• Maintain a working IT environment

• Ensures data security and integrity of city documents stored in data servers

• Provides technical assistance to different offices in the maintenance of computer hardware and system software

• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
