      financial institutions, government agencies

      Deposit daily collections                                        
      Authorized depository bank  and other receipts

III – DISBURSEMENT

      Payment of obligations, Suppliers, employees, financial       salaries, incentives, allowances, institutions, utility       companies, mandatory contributions, and other educators,       government agencies, payables and other payees
